Yep, one of the worst Supreme Court justices of my lifetime, Antonin Scalia, has shuffled off this mortal coil. Let’s hope his replacement has more respect for women, for gay people, for poor people, for those who don’t think this country should be a theocracy and anyone else marginalized by the Republican agenda and reinforced by this execrable justice. Not that it was a major disappointment or anything but I was hoping to do another Super Bowl halftime Sonic Overload show on Stench yesterday but, alas, the station’s server was down. I hope those of you who watched the halftime show with Coldplay and the other shitty acts didn’t suffer too much. I did a self-imposed exile and didn’t listen to anything. And I’m certain it was for the better.

On a much more serious note, I’m sending out best wishes to John Stabb from Government Issue, who has recently been diagnosed with stomach cancer. He has a tough struggle ahead but I know he’s going to beat it. And yes, as always, fuck cancer!
